Hyderabad, Sep 29 (UNI) TPCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud on Tuesday said the decision taken by senior Congress leader Manickam Tagore during his tenure as Telangana Congress in-charge played an important role in the party's victory in the 2023 Assembly elections.
