Telangana: Congress Govt must release Jurala water to save crops: KTR

Hyderabad, Sep 21 (UNI) BRS working president K T Rama Rao on Monday demanded that the Telangana government immediately release water from the Jurala project to protect standing crops and negotiate with Karnataka for additional water to safeguard farmers in the downstream areas. Addressing the media at Telangana Bhavan here, Mr KTR claimed that farmers were being denied water despite its availability at Jurala.
