Cong high command steps in to defuse Karnataka unit's internal strains

Bengaluru, Sept 16 (UNI) The Congress high command on Wednesday stepped in to contain growing strains within its Karnataka unit, with AICC general secretary KC Venugopal and Karnataka in-charge Randeep Singh Surjewala holding a series of meetings with Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, KPCC president BK Hariprasad, former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and other senior leaders.
