Mangaluru, Sept 18 (UNI) With the coastal belt waiting for a concrete development package, Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar's first Cabinet meeting in Mangaluru on Friday is set to put the government's coastal agenda to the test, with proposals ranging from a major tourism push and industrial infrastructure to local employment and official recognition for Tulu.
