Bengaluru, Aug 9 (UNI) union Minister HD Kumaraswamy on Sunday mounted a sharp attack on the Karnataka government over the proposed Bidadi Greater Bengaluru Integrated Township, questioning the need for a fresh committee when an earlier legislative panel had already examined the project and recorded its findings. Kumaraswamy said the earlier committee was constituted during the Congress-led period when Sonia Gandhi was Congress president and Mallikarjun Kharge was a prominent party leader, and claimed that its report had extensively examined the Bidadi project and the concerns of farmers.
