PMK leader Anbumani undergoes knee surgery, advised rest for 2 weeks

Chennai, Oct 19 (UNI) Patali Makkal Katchi (PMK) President and Rajya Sabha MP Anbumani Ramadoss underwent a knee surgery on his right leg joint at the Apollo Hospital in Chennai yesterday.

A medical bulletin issued by the hospital on Monday said "Dr.Anbumani Ramadoss underwent an elective knee procedure on October 18 (yesterday). He is doing well and gettig discharged today".

Meanwhile, a PMK release said he was discharged and returned home today and is doing well.

Doctors have advised him to undergo physiotherapy and take rest for the next two weeks.
