TN Fin Minister trespass, assault cause : Pondy JM Court extends stay till Sep 25

Chennai, Sep 18 (UNI) The Puducherry First Judicial Magistrate Court on Friday extended the stay in the 2022 trespass and assault case involving Tamil Nadu Finance Minister N.Marie Wilson till September 25 since the case would come for hearing before Madras High Court on that day. When the Minister's plea came up for hearing, the court citing a petition pending in the High Court in the same matter and that it would come up for hearing on September 25, the JM Court extended the stay till that date.
