Chennai/New Delhi, Oct 6 (UNI) Armed with High Court orders, the CBI on Tuesday conducted raids and registered a FIR against OSD of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, and five others to probe charges of corruption in IAS and IPS postings, even as the Punjab goved moved the Supreme Court challenging the HC directives.
