Madras HC dismisses ruling TVK MLA's plea to reject Anbil Mahesh election petition against his win

Chennai, Nov 8 (UNI) The Madras High Court has dismissed an petition filed by a ruling TVK legislator seeking to reject the election petition filed by senior DMK leader and former Tamil Nadu Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi against his victory in the Tiruverumbur Assembly seat in Trichy district in the April polls. TVK candidate Vijayakumar alias Navalpattu S.Viji won the seat by a margin of 8,705 votes.
