Bengaluru, Nov 5 (UNI) With the festive and wedding season approaching, the increase in prices of Nandini ghee and butter is set to make celebrations costlier, putting additional pressure on sweet manufacturers, bakeries, caterers, hotels and households across Karnataka. The latest price revision, effective November 4, comes at a time when demand for ghee, butter and other dairy products generally rises for the preparation of sweets, traditional delicacies, bakery items and elaborate wedding menus.
