Chennai, Sep 17 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. returned to Chennai on Thursday morning after a week long official visit to the United Kingdom aimed at attracting investments and strengthening Tamil Nadu's position as a global manufacturing and technology hub.
