Chennai, Sep 18 (UNI) Amid sudden spike in dengue cases that has claimed nine lives so far in the state and the number of cases spriralling past the 16,000 mark in the last couple of days, Tamil Nadu Health Minister Arunraj on Friday allayed the fears of the public and appealed to them not to panic, saying the government was taking all preventive measures to control it.
