Care Hosp team replants severed forearm, saves livelihood of Industrial worker in a complex 10-hour surgery

Chennai, Oct 10 (UNI) The multi-disciplinary team at the Care hospitals, Hitec City, has successfully replanted a severed forearm of a 19-year-old industrial worker and saved his livelihood by performing a complex 10-hour surgery. The young worker, whose right foream got completely severed following a drill-machine accident, reached the hospital within an hour of the accident and underwent a marathon 10-hour surgery to save the limb.
