Hyd:Stroke Cases Increasing Among Younger People: KIMS Doctor

Hyderabad, Oct 28 (UNI) Brain stroke cases are increasingly being reported among younger and middle-aged people, underscoring the need for greater awareness of risk factors and early symptoms, a senior neurologist at KIMS Hospitals, Kondapur, said on Wednesday. Dr K S V Surya Teja Reddy, Chief Consultant and Interventional Neuroradiologist, said around 15 stroke patients were seen in the hospital's outpatient department every month, including a considerable number of middle-aged individuals.
