Global Peace Summit in Washington calls for international cooperation to end conflicts

Washington, D.C./Hyderabad, Sep 24 (UNI) International political, diplomatic, faith, business, and community leaders gathered in Washington, D.C., for a Global Peace Summit that called for greater international cooperation, dialogue, and diplomacy to address ongoing armed conflicts and protect civilians. The summit brought together around 100 leaders and representatives from countries and regions including the United States, Iran, India, Pakistan, Israel, Palestine, Lebanon, Russia, Ukraine, Congo and Afghanistan.
