Hyderabad Saras Mela sees record Rs 9.29 cr sales

Hyderabad, Oct 19 (UNI) The Saras Mela, organised in Hyderabad from October 7 to 18, recorded a record turnover of Rs 9.29 crore, providing a major boost to rural women entrepreneurs and their self-help groups. The fair, held with 225 stalls at the HMDA grounds, attracted 5,98,029 visitors who purchased products ranging from food items and handloom textiles to handicrafts and traditional goods.
