TGGENCO, SCCL plan to boost coal supply to Yadadri power plant

Hyderabad, Oct 5 (UNI) TGGENCO Chairman and Managing Director S Harish, along with SCCL officials, visited the Naini Coal Mines in Odisha to review measures to increase coal supplies to the 5x800 MW Yadadri Thermal Power Station (YTPS). The visit focused on resolving logistical bottlenecks and implementing an action plan to raise coal dispatches to YTPS to 16,000 tonnes per day. The management reviewed transport infrastructure, railway rake availability and local transit constraints to ensure uninterrupted movement of coal from Odisha to Telangana.
