Hyd: GITAM hosts lecture on technology, mental health

Hyderabad, Oct 8 (UNI) GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad, on Thursday organised a guest lecture on 'Technology and Mental Health', highlighting the need for students to adopt healthy digital habits and maintain a balance between technology use and mental well-being. The programme was organised by the Women Empowerment Cell of GITAM for students and faculty members.
