CBI arrests Office Assistant, accomplice in Rs.10.24 cr Greater Noida PNB fraud case

Chennai,/New Delhi, Nov 4 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested an Office Assistant/ Sub Staff, Punjab National Bank (PNB) Pi Branch, Greater Noida. U.P., and a private person in the Rs.10.24 crore in a fraud case. The CBI registered the case on October 29, 2026 based on a complaint alleging therein that unauthorized debit of Rs.10.24 crore from various customer accounts have been siphoned off by the accused Ms.Deepanshi, Office Assistant/ Sub Staff, in connivance and conspiracy with a private person identified as Ashutosh Kumar and other unknown persons by carrying out unauthorized debit transactions.
