TG SAFE suspends 138 medical shops for illegal sale of Habit-Forming drugs

Hyderabad, Nov 3 (UNI) The Telangana Standards Authority for Food and Essential Drugs (TG SAFE) has suspended the licences of 138 medical shops across the State for violating regulations governing the sale of habit-forming drugs during a special enforcement drive. According to a press release issued on Tuesday, 98 medical shops have been suspended until further orders, while 40 others have been suspended for a specified period. Warnings were also issued to two establishments.
