Hyderabad, Oct 6 (UNI) The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Hyderabad Zonal Unit, seized 1,481.780 grams of foreign-origin gold worth approximately RS 2.25 crore at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA). Acting on specific intelligence, DRI officers intercepted a passenger who had arrived at Hyderabad from Trichy. During a search, they recovered six pieces of foreign-origin gold concealed in a specially designed pouch worn beneath the passenger's clothes.
