UAE deportees, foreigners among 7 arrested in NCB cocaine trafficking bust

Kochi, Sep 18 (UNI) The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has busted an interstate cocaine trafficking network linking Bengaluru with Kerala and arrested seven persons, including three people deported from the UAE following drug-related convictions and two foreign nationals. The NCB's Cochin Zonal Unit seized 33.1 grams of cocaine worth Rs 16.55 lakh during the operation and said further investigation was underway to trace and dismantle the remaining links in the trafficking chain.
