Tirupati: Govt, TIL Healthcare announce compensation for Sri City blast victims' families

Sri City (Tirupati dist.) Oct 5 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh government and TIL Healthcare on Monday announced financial and rehabilitation support for the families of five workers who died in an industrial explosion at TIL Healthcare Private Limited in Sri City SEZ on October 3. District Collector Dr S Venkateswar, who met the bereaved families at the Sri City Business Centre, said TIL Healthcare would transfer Rs 50 lakh each to the nominees of the deceased workers within two days, while the remaining dues under the workmen's compensation policy would be disbursed subsequently.
