Vizag Collector Directs Officials to Ensure Quality Redressal of PGRS Petitions

Visakhapatnam, Oct 12 (UNI) District Collector Abhisekith Kishore on Monday directed officials to ensure effective and satisfactory resolution of grievances received under the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS), stressing that merely marking petitions as resolved in the system would not suffice unless the underlying issues were addressed. Reviewing petitions received from various departments and the action taken on them during the PGRS programme, the Collector said Chief Minister N.
