Telangana govt issues over 12.4 lakh pattadar passbooks under Bhu-Bharathi Act

Hyderabad, Oct 19 (UNI) Telangana Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy on Monday said the Telangana government is engaged in restructuring the revenue system to ensure transparent services, secure land rights for farmers and resolve long-pending land disputes. During a review meeting with senior Revenue Department officials at the Dr. BR Ambedkar Secretariat, the Minister reviewed the implementation of the Bhu-Bharathi Act, distribution of pattadar passbooks, land re-surveys and the resolution of land-related issues. He directed officials to expedite field-level work and ensure effective implementation of government decisions.
