AP: Power supply restoration being carried out on war footing in cyclone hit areas

Vijayawada, Oct 30 (UNI) Works to restore power supply in the cyclone Arnab affected villages are being carried out on war footing in Konaseema and East Godavari districts with additional staff brought in from West Bengal and Jharkhand to fast track the restoration. Official sources here on Friday said that more than 2,000 personnel are engaged in power restoration works across the Konaseema district which bore the brunt of the cyclone.
