Major tragedy averted as travel bus carrying 37 students overturns in Jogulamba Gadwal

Jogulamba Gadwal, Sep 28 (UNI) A major tragedy was averted when a travel bus carrying 37 students from Tamil Nadu overturned on National Highway 44 near Boravelli stage in Manopad mandal in this district in the early hours of Monday. The students of Holy Cross International School in Salem were travelling to Hyderabad for an excursion to Wonderla when the bus reportedly lost control while speeding and overturned. Fortunately, all the students escaped with only minor injuries. The injured students were shifted to the government hospital at Alampur Crossroads for treatment.
