Bee attack on KSRTC bus leaves 17 passengers injured on Gavi route

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 21 (UNI) Seventeen passengers were injured after a swarm of bees attacked them when a beehive fell onto a Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus in the Kozhikanam area on the Pathanamthitta-Gavi route on Monday. The incident occurred while the bus was travelling from Pathanamthitta to Gavi through the forested stretch. The impact apparently dislodged a beehive, triggering a bee attack as the swarm entered the vicinity of the bus and began stinging the passengers.
