Six Bajrang Dal activists detained for unauthorised protest in Kalaburagi

Kalaburagi, Apr 25 (UNI) In connection with the recent terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir, six Bajrang Dal activists were detained here on Friday for holding a protest without prior permission, Police Commissioner Sharanappa said.
Speaking to mediapersons, the Commissioner said several groups have been staging rallies, candlelight marches, and other demonstrations across the country to condemn the terror incident. On Friday morning, local police found Pakistan flags pasted on a road in Kalaburagi as part of a protest.
"Upon investigation, it was found that Bajrang Dal activists had resorted to this act to express their anger against Pakistan and to condemn the recent terror attack," Sharanappa said.
