Sita’s birthplace Punauradham temple to be developed on the lines of Ram temple in Ayodhya

Patna, Apr 25 (UNI) A grand temple would be built at Punauradham, the birthplace of Sita, in Sitamarhi district on the lines of a grand Ram temple at Ayodhya.
The cabinet in a meeting held here on Friday under the leadership of chief minister Nitish Kumar selected the consultant M/s Design Associates INC for the purpose.
Additional Chief Secretary Cabinet Secretariat S Siddharth told news persons after the meeting that the cabinet approved the tourism department’s proposal for selection of the design consultant which has designed the Ram temple.
