Siddaramaiah to decide on leadership, says Shivakumar

Bengaluru, Feb 17 (UNI) Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Tuesday dismissed speculation about a possible leadership change in the state Congress, saying any decision or message on the matter will come directly from Chief Minister Siddaramaiah at the appropriate time.
Speaking to reporters, Shivakumar denied reports of secret deals or backroom arrangements between him and the Chief Minister.
"There is no secret deal or backroom arrangement between me and Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. If there is any message on leadership changes, it will come from him when the time is right," he said.
