Shree Mahalaxmi Shetkari Vikas Aghadi retains hold over Bidree cooperative sugar factory

Kolhapur, Dec 6 (UNI) In a one-sided election to the board of Bidree cooperative sugar factory in Bidree town of the district, the ruling Shree Mahalaxmi Shetkari Vikas Aghadi, led by former MLA K P Patil, won all 25 seats in the election, the result of which were declared on Wednesday, and retained the power in sugar factory.
The ruling Shree Mahalaxmi Shetkari Vikas Aghadi, under the leadership of NCP (Ajit Pawar) leader and District Guardian Minister Hasan Mushrif, Congress leader & former minister Satej Patil and incumbent factory chairman K P Patil, won all 25 seats with majority votes by beating Virodi Parivartan Aghadi, led by state Higher Education Minister Chandrakant Patil, MLA Prakash Abitkar, NCP (Ajit Pawar) district president A Y Patil, Shiv Sena (Shinde) MP Sanjay Mandlik and BJP leader Samarjeet Sinh Ghatge.
