Shraddha Kapoor to voice Judy Hopps in hindi version of Disney’s ‘Zootopia 2’

New Delhi, Nov 8 (UNI) Bollywood star Shraddha Kapoor is set to enter the animated world of Disney’s upcoming sequel, ‘Zootopia 2’, lending her voice to the spirited and beloved bunny cop Judy Hopps in the Hindi version of the film.
Announcing the news, Walt Disney Studios India shared an adorable poster of 'Zootopia 2' featuring Shraddha alongside Judy Hopps. The actor also posted the same on her Instagram, expressing her excitement about joining the franchise.
“Bohot jyada excited to join the Zootopia2 family as the voice of THE AMAZING Judy Hopps in Hindi! She is feisty, courageous, enthu cutlet aur cute toh hai hi.. bachpan se! Aaj aa raha hai aapke liye ek anokha surprise. Stay Tuned!!” wrote the Stree actor.
Welcoming Shraddha to the Disney family, the makers shared that her “charm, enthusiasm, and warmth” will make Judy Hopps even more endearing in the Hindi version.
Earlier this year, Disney unveiled the trailer for ‘Zootopia 2’, marking the sequel’s return after nine years. The trailer offers another peek into the hilarious yet heartfelt dynamic between Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, the clever fox voiced by Jason Bateman.
In the upcoming film, Judy continues her role as an ambitious officer in the Zootopia Police Department, while Nick remains the witty con artist-turned-partner.
The sequel’s storyline follows the duo as they team up to solve a case involving a mysterious snake suspect, all while navigating their evolving relationship—hinting at a romantic angle this time.
The trailer opens with a therapy session for mismatched pairs struggling to work together, setting the stage for another round of chaos and comedy in the vibrant city of Zootopia.
Directed by Jared Bush and Byron Howard, Zootopia 2 promises a perfect blend of humour, heart, and adventure, and is set to hit theatres worldwide on November 28, 2025.
