Shivakumar hits back at JD(S) over Bigg Boss Studio sealing

Bengaluru, Oct 8 (UNI) Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar today dismissed allegations by Janata Dal (Secular) regarding the sealing of Bigg Boss Kannada studio, asserting that the party and its president HD Kumaraswamy are “doing only politics” and “cannot sleep without taking my name.”
Speaking to the media, Shivakumar said, “Kumaraswamy and JD(S) are doing only politics. I am least bothered about their comments. I inquired about the incident, which was handled through the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB). I have sent officials to conduct an inspection.”
He underlined his commitment to protecting the entertainment industry, stating, “We must safeguard the interests of the entertainment industry. I personally called the DC and SP and guided them to take action according to the law, giving them an opportunity. I also contacted the chairman of the pollution control board. Private investments might go wrong, but the entertainment industry should be retained. This is my order to them.”
