Shimla water authorities to go for bimonthly water billing

Shimla, Nov 6 (UNI) Shimla Jal Prabhandhan Nigam Limited will issue water bills to consumers on a bimonthly billing basis, its spokesperson said on Wednesday.
The spokesperson Sahil Sharma said the bill would be issued for two months together as no billing was done in the month of October..
He said the town has been divided into separate sectors to issue water and sewerage charges and residents would pay bills in a two-month cycle.
