Security tightened outside Raj Thackeray’s residence 'Shivtirth' in Dadar

Mumbai Nov 10 ( UNI) Security around Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) Chief Raj Thackeray’s residence 'Shivtirth' in Dadar was intensified today a day after a drone was spotted hovering over Shiv Sena (Thackeray faction) Chief Uddhav Thackeray’s residence 'Matoshree' in Bandra.
Senior police officers visited 'Shivtirth' to review the security arrangements and soon after, security was beefed up. Police vehicles have also been stationed at the location.
The drone incident outside 'Matoshree' had sparked allegations that the ruling BJP was conducting surveillance, with some also suspecting a possible security threat. However, a subsequent police inquiry revealed that the drone belonged to the MMRDA and was being used with proper permission for a survey related to the Pod Taxi project.
