SCs, STs not getting participation in proportion to their population: Manjhi

Banka, June 15 (UNI) Patron of Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) and Union Minister, Jeetan Ram Manjhi, on
Sunday said SCs and STs were not getting enough participation in government services and politics, in proportion to their population.
Manjhi, while addressing the meeting of national council of his party here, said that SCs and STs were not getting participation even today, in government services and politics.

Tripura to export organic ginger, bird’s eye chili to Germany

Agartala, Feb 15 (UNI) Tripura’s Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister Ratan Lal Nath on Sunday said that the state has secured an order from German buyers for 500 MT of organic ginger and 20 MT of bird's eye chili. The Minister, who attended and addressed BIOFACH 2026 in Nuremberg, Germany, stated that German buyers expressed a keen interest in visiting Tripura after witnessing the state's organic products.
