Samrat re-elected BJP legislature party leader in Bihar

Patna, April 14 (UNI) In a key political development amid the ongoing power transition in Bihar, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary has been re-elected as the leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Legislature Party.
The decision was taken during a crucial meeting of BJP MLAs held in Patna in the presence of central observer Shivraj Singh Chouhan, BJP incharge of the political affairs of Bihar, Vinod Tawde, BJP national Organisational Secretary BL Santosh and other senior party leaders. The re-election of Choudhary signals continuity in the BJP’s legislative leadership at a time when the state is witnessing significant political change.
During the BJP legislature party meeting, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha proposed the name of the deputy chief minister Samrat Chaudhary as leader of the BJP Legislature party. The proposal was seconded by the former Deputy Chief Minister Tenu Devi, Bihar Minister Mangal Pandey and others.

27 Maoists surrender before Jharkhand Police
