Salman Khan, Johnny Depp’s surprise meeting goes viral online

Jeddah, Dec 13 (UNI) Superstar Salman Khan is currently in Saudi Arabia for the fifth edition of the Red Sea Film Festival. The actor took part in an interactive session where he reflected on his journey in cinema.
He also made a stylish appearance on the red carpet during the awards ceremony, and ended up sharing a memorable moment with global icon Johnny Depp.
A photograph of Salman posing with the Pirates of the Caribbean star was shared on the official social media handle of the Red Sea Film Festival and quickly went viral.
Fans were thrilled by the unexpected crossover, with comments pouring in such as, “We want this kind of multiverse on the silver screen,” “Wowwwww,” and “I’m screaming… Salman Khan x Johnny Depp.”
Salman also met Hollywood stars Idris Elba and Edgar Ramírez at the festival, with those pictures spreading rapidly across social media. During the ceremony, Salman presented the Red Sea Honoree Award to Idris Elba.
Sharing the moment online, the festival wrote, “Congratulations to actor and filmmaker Idris Elba for being honored at RedSeaIFF25 with the Red Sea Honoree Award, presented to him by Salman Khan.”
On the work front, Salman Khan was last seen on the big screen in Sikandar, which failed to strike a chord with audiences. He also recently hosted the reality show Bigg Boss 19. Looking ahead, Salman will next be seen leading the upcoming film Battle of Galwan, which also stars Chitrangda Singh.
