Salar Jung Museum to be cultural crown of revitalised Musi riverfront: Telangana Dy CM Bhatti

Hyderabad, June 14 (UNI) Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka on Sunday said the Salar Jung Museum would emerge as the cultural crown of a rejuvenated Musi Riverfront as the state government moves ahead with plans to transform the river and strengthen Hyderabad's heritage tourism ecosystem.
Speaking at the celebrations marking the 75th anniversary of the Salar Jung Museum and the 137th birth anniversary of Mir Yousuf Ali Khan, Bhatti described the museum as a reflection of Hyderabad's spirit and a symbol of the city's rich composite culture.
He praised Salar Jung III's contribution to preserving global heritage, noting that his collection of over 43,000 artefacts represented an extraordinary commitment to art, history and culture.
