Saffron wave to sweep in 29 Municipal Corporation elections across Maha: BJP leader

Kolhapur, Sindhudurg, Jan 13 (UNI) Making yet another controversial statement, Maharashtra minister and BJP leader Nitesh Rane today claimed that a saffron wave will sweep across all 29 municipal corporations in the state and only those who chant 'Jai Shri Ram' will be elected as mayors.
He said that tomorrow is Makar Sankranti festival and many people go to their villages, but it is very important to stay here and vote."
"It is necessary to vote to protect Sanatan and Hindu religion... because if we have to respond to the 'vote jihad', then the Hindu community and nationalist community will have to come out to vote."
