RVAI Global launched to drive AI adoption

Mumbai, May 19 (UNI) RVAI Global, a next-generation AI services company, was officially launched on Monday with a mission to enable global enterprises to become AI-led organisations by offering innovative and scalable solutions.
The new venture has been co-founded by Vijay Sivaram, who was part of the founding team at Quess Corp, and Rohit Himatsingka, formerly associated with Essar’s Black Box. The company aims to simplify the AI adoption journey for businesses through deep-tech capabilities and a customer-first approach.
"It is estimated that 92 per cent of enterprises intend to increase their investments in AI. The future of enterprises and their workforce will be shaped by agentic platforms working seamlessly alongside human talent. This synergy will unlock new levels of productivity, efficiency, and decision-making, placing RVAI at the heart of this transformation," Sivaram said.
Himatsingka said the company's "unique vantage point, built on deep industry experience and advanced tech expertise," would help clients derive value and measurable outcomes across sectors.
RVAI Global's services include AI Consulting & Advisory, AI-as-a-Service, Agentic AI Solutions, and AI Talent Solutions. It will also support global organisations in setting up dedicated AI Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
The firm's solutions will be tailored for sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, and Retail, with a focus on developing multi-model, customisable frameworks aligned to each client’s context and scale, the release said.
