Russia working with NKorea on Defense Cooperation - Putin

Murmansk, Mar 28 (UNI) Russia is working with North Korea in the military-technical and military spheres, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
During a conversation with the crew of the newest nuclear-powered submarine Arkhangelsk, Putin recalled that Russia and North Korea have signed an agreement on comprehensive strategic partnership.
"Article 4 says a lot about how and what we should do, support each other. And this work in the military and military-technical spheres with this country is also underway," Putin said.
