Murmansk, Mar 28 (UNI) Russia has a strategic balance with the United States, Russia will develop its navy in a timely and careful manner, President Vladimir Putin said.
"We have a strategic balance with the United States. We will treat this with the utmost care. We will do everything in a timely manner," Putin said.
He said Russia will do everything to strengthen its navy and maintain its status as a maritime power.
