Ruckus & repeated adjournments mar proceedings in Rajasthan assembly for almost a day

Jaipur, Feb 17 (UNI) The issue of of cow slaughter and demand of according status of "Rajya Mata"(state-mother) to Gau-Mata, rocked the Rajasthan Assembly today as pandemonium, slogans in the well and repeated adjournments marred the proceedings in the House.
The trouble erupted almost right from the beginning during the Question Hour as a question from the ruling BJP member Balmukundacharya, wanted status of Rajya Mata for cow and effective curb on the trafficking of bovines.
The demand of charging cow slayers under sections of murder was also raised by the BJP MLA and some other members from the Opposition benches, creating an uproar.

J&K:17 including CMO, BMO chargesheeted in health department fraud case

Srinagar, March 12 (UNI) The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of Crime Branch J&K has filed a chargesheet against 17 accused persons, including a Chief Medical Officer, a Block Medical Officer and 12 beneficiary employees, in connection with a fraud case involving alleged manipulation of government orders in the Health Department, officials said on Thursday
The chargesheet in 2013 FIR was filed before the Court of Special Anti-Corruption Judge Baramulla for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 201 RPC read with Section 5(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
