Rowan Atkinson embarks on a festive fiasco in 'Man vs Baby'

London, Oct 8 (UNI) Rowan Atkinson, the master of physical comedy best known for his portrayal of Mr. Bean, is set to return to screens this Christmas with "Man vs Baby", a gleefully chaotic sequel to his 2022 comic triumph "Man vs Bee".
Set to premiere this December on Netflix, the four-part comedy once again features Atkinson navigating a cascade of comic misfortunes, this time, with a baby in tow instead of bee, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
“After a job looking after a high-tech mansion ended in disaster thanks to an irritating insect in Man vs Bee, Trevor Bingley has left the stressful world of housesitting for the quieter life of a school caretaker,” a plot synopsis reads. “That is, until a lucrative offer to look after a luxury London penthouse over Christmas proves too tempting to resist.”
“But on the last day of term, when no one comes to collect the Baby Jesus from the school nativity, Trevor finds himself with another undersized and very unexpected companion. With a penthouse to protect and a baby to burp, will Trevor be able to have the calm Christmas he hopes for, or will festivities descend into chaos?”
First-look still showcase Atkinson in full comic mode, feeding two babies simultaneously, preparing a chaotic Christmas meal and standing awkwardly beside an oversized tree, all promising the physical humour and heart that have long defined his performances.
Created and written by Will Davies and Mr. Bean star Atkinson, Man vs Baby is executive produced by Davies and Chris Clark. Kate Fasulo is series producer and David Kerr directs. UNI NST SSP
