Rohit Dhankhar murder in Haryana: Family alleges delayed police response

Chandigarh, Dec 9 (UNI) The family of Rohit Dhankhar, a bodybuilder from Hamayunpur village in Rohtak, Haryana, met the state’s Director General of Police (DGP) OP Singh in Chandigarh, expressing their dissatisfaction over the delayed police response in the high-profile murder case.
Dhankhar, along with his friend Jatin from Boundkala village, had traveled to Bhiwani on November 28 to attend a wedding ceremony. During the event, an altercation reportedly took place with a group from Tigdhana, who later intercepted Dhankhar on the road, assaulted him severely, and left him critically injured.
Dhankhar succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment at PGI.
