Revanth Reddy slams Centre over fuel price hike, calls it betrayal of public trust

Hyderabad, May 16 (UNI): Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Saturday strongly criticised the Narendra Modi-led Central Government over the recent increase in petrol and diesel prices, terming the decision “unjustifiable” and a “betrayal of public trust.”
In a post on X, Revanth said the hike in fuel prices would adversely affect multiple sectors and lead to an increase in the prices of essential commodities, placing a severe burden on common people.
He alleged that the country’s economy had weakened significantly due to what he described as the Modi government’s ineffective governance and flawed economic policies.
