Taking to X, Mayawati wrote, "The entire country is shocked by the extremely deadly incident of the massacre of tourists by Pakistan-supported terrorists in Pahalgam, a famous tourist destination in Kashmir, and due to the lack of security at such a significant location even during the tourism season, this incident has naturally caused great anger and outrage among people, necessitating accountability."
