Ramesh Watch Company expands Luxury Portfolio with Britime London launch in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Feb 7 (UNI) Strengthening its presence in the premium watch retail segment, Ramesh Watch Company has introduced British luxury automatic watch brand Britime London at its flagship outlet in Jubilee Hills here on Saturday.
The launch marks Britime London’s formal entry into the Telangana market, positioning Hyderabad as a strategic growth hub.
The move aligns with Ramesh Watch Company’s strategy to upscale its product mix amid rising demand for premium mechanical timepieces.
Britime London’s 2026 collection features in-house automatic movements, surgical-grade 316 stainless steel cases, and sapphire crystal glass—specifications aimed at consumers seeking durability, craftsmanship, and long-term value.
Speaking on the occasion, Ramesh Watch Company Manging Director Rohit Chugani, said “Britime London brings mechanical excellence and contemporary British design that complements our premium portfolio. The launch enhances our value proposition both in-store and online.”
Founded in 1948 by Gulabrai Chugani, Ramesh Watch Company currently operates 11 stores across Telangana and is set on an aggressive expansion in South India, he announced plans to double its retail footprint over the next four years, driven by strong momentum in the Indian watch market.
As part of its immediate expansion strategy, we are planning to enter Andhra Pradesh within the next two months, opening two new stores one each in Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada.
Commenting on industry trends, he said that the Indian watch market, valued at around ₹15,000 crore, is witnessing robust growth of 25–30 percent annually, creating significant opportunities for organised and premium retailers.
Hiren Morbia, Founder of Sanskruti Time Group, said the partnership provides immediate access to a trusted retail network.
“Ramesh Watch Company’s strong customer relationships and after-sales capabilities make it an ideal launch partner as we scale in India,” he noted.
With over 78 years of legacy and 10 outlets across Hyderabad, Ramesh Watch Company plans to leverage its footprint to drive brand visibility.
The Britime range is now available at the Jubilee Hills store and across the retailer’s Hyderabad network, marking the first phase of the brand’s South India expansion.
